Get to Know Geoff
With more than 20 years of experience in Canadian immigration, I help individuals and employers navigate Canada’s immigration system with confidence. When you contact GLG Immigration, you work directly with me—not a case manager, call centre or assistant. You’ll receive honest advice, clear answers and personal service from start to finish.
I am a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC-IRB) in good standing with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants and am licensed to represent clients before the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada. I also mentor newly licensed RCICs through the College’s mandatory mentorship program and regularly provide co-counselling and guidance to other immigration professionals across Canada.

“I don’t just prepare immigration applications ~ I advocate for the people behind them.”
More Than Applications
Immigration is more than forms and government processes—it involves life-changing decisions. Every client has a unique story, and every case deserves individual attention. My role is to understand your circumstances, explain your options, develop the right strategy and advocate for your interests every step of the way.
Whether you’re applying to visit, study, work, immigrate permanently or you’re a Canadian employer looking to hire international talent, my goal is always the same: to provide practical advice, strong advocacy and ethical representation focused on achieving the best possible outcome.
As an RCIC-IRB, I am also authorized to represent clients before the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada, including sponsorship appeals, admissibility matters and detention reviews. When your case requires more than preparing an application, you deserve someone who can effectively advocate on your behalf.
Honest Advice You Can Trust
One of the most important promises I make is simple: I will tell you the truth.
Not every immigration matter requires professional representation, and if I believe you can successfully handle your application yourself, I’ll tell you. Likewise, if I don’t believe an application has a reasonable chance of success, I won’t encourage you to proceed simply to earn a fee.
Professional, honest and straightforward advice is what you deserve. I will work hard to help you achieve your immigration goals, advocate for you when your case requires it, and provide realistic guidance grounded in Canadian immigration law—not false hope.
