Additional Permanent Residence Pathways

Canada offers many possibilities to obtain permanent residency. Contact us to find out more about how any of the follow programs may be suitable to you.

Atlantic Immigration Program (AIP)

The Atlantic Immigration Program (AIP) helps designated employers in New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island and Newfoundland and Labrador hire qualified foreign workers and international graduates to address labour shortages. Eligible applicants with a job offer from a designated employer may qualify for permanent residence through this employer-driven pathway

Rural Community Immigration Pilot (RCIP)

The Rural Community Immigration Pilot (RCIP) is designed to help participating rural communities attract and retain skilled workers who can contribute to their local economies. Applicants generally require a qualifying job offer from an employer located in a participating community and must meet the program’s eligibility requirements.

Refugee Protection

Canada offers protection to individuals who are unable to return to their home country because they have a well-founded fear of persecution or face a risk of torture, a risk to life or cruel and unusual treatment or punishment. Refugee claims are assessed individually based on the evidence presented and the applicable provisions of Canada’s immigration and refugee legislation.
